When it comes to theme park resort food, many people probably think of hamburgers and French fries. Yes, hamburgers and fries are often featured on theme park resort menus. However, theme park resorts offer some of the best burgers you can find. You can easily spend $20 or more for a quality burger on-site at Walt Disney World. My concern for theme park resort visitors is that people pay high prices for average burgers. Can you buy a decent burger at Walt Disney World for about $10? Since we’re talking about a decent burger, that rules out most burgers at theme parks.

Disney Springs restaurants, however, serve solid burgers for $10. To be fair, this price is only available during lunch hours (11am-3pm at the time of writing). It will probably take some guesswork to determine which of the approximately 22 Disney Springs restaurants that serve hamburgers serve this one.

However, STK Steakhouse offers a “Wagyu Burger & Fries” for $9.99. This $9.99 lunch-priced burger features a 7-ounce burger patty. Classic toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, and American cheese cover the burger patty. Also, STK lets you add other toppings for an extra charge — for $3 each, you can add grilled onions, eggs, or bacon.
Each burger is also served with a special sauce and ketchup. In my opinion, the “special sauce” would be sufficient seasoning. However, its flavor is nothing more than what a standard hamburger seasoning mix offers. I also ate French fries with a special sauce. Thought it was nice but nothing special. Also the fries were ok but nothing great.
how was the burger itself? The portion size exceeds standard expectations for a $10 burger with fries. Still, the burger tastes at the level you’d expect from a standard table service burger. The bun held the burger together nicely. Still, the bread offers a standard taste.
I’ll mention a few other thoughts on this based on my lunch experience at STK. For those of us who are diet soda addicts, you should know that STK only has Diet Coke (sad!). The wait staff perform their duties very well. However, the wait staff said STK does not accept Disney gift cards.
Finally, I heard amazing things about this burger. My experience failed to live up to that level of expectation. Still, this burger offers incredible value for a theme park resort burger. Only $10 for a decent sized burger with fries. Some of the best burgers on the grounds of Walt Disney World easily cost twice as much. If you’re spending a non-park day at Disney Springs, STK Steakhouse is sure to be a cost-effective option for burger lovers in your group. offers options.
