Mural artist Eduardo Kobra’s work can be seen on the Disney Springs Art Walk. World-renowned Brazilian artist Walt He is the first Brazilian artist to paint murals in Disney World Resort’s shopping, dining and entertainment districts. A 95-foot-long mural was unveiled as part of Disney Springs Art Walk: A Canvas of Expression.
Eduardo Cobra is considered one of Brazil’s greatest muralists. His work is recognized all over the world. According to his website, Cobra’s art career began when he was 11 years old. In his boyhood he was known for his street art, which often caused problems as he grew up.As time went on, his artistic talents became more and more recognized. He began to make money with his artwork, producing posters for his park in his 1990s theme, Brazil’s Greatest. His art became even more famous during the next decade, and in 2007 he gained recognition with the Muro das Memórias project. For this project, he created his art of sepia and black and white graffiti reproducing old photographs of São Paulo. As time went on, his artwork and reach continued to expand. His first overseas production was France in 2011.
Today Eduardo Cobra lives in São Paulo. This is also where his studio is located.
