The City of Clearwater Parks & & Leisure Volunteer Program is getting ready to celebrate Earth Day 2021!
” Our volunteers are greatly valued for all of the time and help that they add to enhancing our neighborhood and making sure that it remains beautiful and bright all year long,” said Volunteer and Environmental Lands Manager Alyssa Gaudreault. “We have the ability to meet our objective due to the fact that of them.”
The parks & & leisure volunteer program in partnership with the sustainability, areas, and solid waste departments are likewise hosting Earth Day Invades Moccasin Lake Nature Park Invasive Plant Scavenger Hunt, an enjoyable, family-friendly occasion April 17 from 9 a.m.– 1 p.m.
This year the citys volunteer program is teaming up with neighborhood members and local organizations to host several efforts around the city. Efforts consist of intrusive plant eliminations, park plantings, and litter pickups.
