There’s so much to do at Disney Dreamlight Valley, but few are as satisfying as making new friends and adding them to your world. Meeting the various Disney characters in Dreamlight Valley, of course, requires a little work, like traveling to the beloved realms, completing quests, and inviting them to live in the valley. But once you get there, it’s always worth the effort.
Most of the characters you encounter have homes that can be placed in any of the game’s biomes, giving you the chance to decide where in the valley they will live. The choice is entirely yours as to whether or not you want to spread them over different areas.
Admittedly, not all characters have buildable homes. Some characters already have homes in the valley at the start of the game, such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Merlin. Others will populate existing structures, such as Mother Goethel’s Cursed Tree in the Glade of Trust and Elsa’s Ice Caverns in the Forest of Valor. Additionally, the requirements to bring some of these beloved friends into your valley can sometimes be a little tricky to understand. Especially when it comes to Prince Eric and Stitch. Both require considerably more effort than usual.
I decided to take a walk through the valley and take a few shots of each character’s home to see what to expect when I befriend each of them. It gives you an idea of who you want to prioritize and where you want to place your residence based on the aesthetics of the structure.
