She has a staff based in California and makes a living from blogging full time by selling Disney food guides to fans.

In an interview with People, AJ said: Will it get weird? Who goes to read Disney food sites?”
“Soon Disney became popular and I started to realize that food was part of the destination.”
The Disney-obsessed blogger even said she was able to go viral with some magical food choices thanks to her influence.
Ten years later, AJ has made blogging a full-time career. To make sure her reviews are unbiased on her part, she insists on paying for all the food she consumes.

She’s based in Dallas with her 5-year-old and husband, but travels to Orlando once a month to see the latest dining options.
When traveling alone on a business trip, I try to eat as many items as possible, with four to five meals a day as a guideline.
Her Disney days run from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., but Disney claims it hasn’t lost its magic yet for her.
She explains: They have a real appeal to me. I always like to make time to play in parks and ride rides. That’s part of the advantage of doing this as a job. ”
