When guests visit a Disney park on vacation, they often expect to have the most magical time. After months of planning and saving, Walt says going to her Disney World or Disneyland resorts can be a daunting task for most guests. Some are heading to Disney World for their 50th anniversary to enjoy Cinderella’s Castle in the Magic Kingdom, while others want to check out the new Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure! Perhaps you’re traveling to Europe for a Paris vacation at Disneyland Paris now that the 30th anniversary is about to begin!

Unfortunately, Disney lives in a fantasy world, but anything can still happen, and it takes away a bit of the vacation charm. Recently, I went to Disneyland for the first time as an adult! Prior to this visit, I had been there as a child and didn’t remember most of what I had seen, so this trip was a big deal for me.
I jumped in to experience Sweethearts Nite and finally took in the core memories of seeing Sleeping Beauty’s Castle on Main Street in the US after spending time in Orlando last year! From walking through Disneyland, enjoying a spicy Dolehi Whip, enjoying mouth-watering beignets, to riding the many attractions we’ve seen on YouTube over the years, the vacation just started out magically.

Disney California Adventure was just as amazing as I hoped it would be, especially being able to experience Avengers Campus and Cars Land! was very open to taste anything and could only eat it at Disneyland. Sadly, although the food is good, it would soon ruin my vacation. I tried to go to the park, but I didn’t want to waste my last park day on the ECV. But food poisoning wasn’t the park’s best sidekick, and it cut the day shortly after another unfortunate incident.

I don’t know exactly where I got the food poisoning, but I can say that I was in DCA and ate at Cozy Cone and ordered chili corn, then at Pacific Warf and ate at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill and ordered the popular Quesaviria. Both meals were delicious. But later that night and for the rest of the vacation, I was very ill to the point of being severely dehydrated. It was also pointed out that

I knew my Sweethearts Night tickets were non-refundable, but I wanted to see if there was anything I could do given where I had the food poisoning. If not, I wanted the cast members to know exactly where I dined so they would check both places to make sure this doesn’t happen elsewhere. After several days of torture, I I managed to pull it off with his ECV. I was handed over from cast member to cast member and told to go from hotel guest services to the park ticket window, to guest services inside the park, and then to outside of park guest services.
After trying to tell the 5th cast member, I was told at the time I just wanted to warn them about the bad food and that when I got home they could make the claim if needed, but that would take time. takes. Interestingly, the negative aspects of reporting what happened seemed to be highlighted.

At that point we decided to pop into Disneyland for one last look at the castle before taking the ECV back to our hotel. Thankfully the staff at the Disneyland Hotel were great and even had a warning from her member of the security cast to call a nurse. He stayed outside my door until I spoke with health officials to make sure we were all well taken care of.

Of course, I was very devastated about food poisoning and how it was treated, but I always remind myself to be careful what I eat at theme parks, especially if I consume quick service meat. It reminds me! Some friends have contacted me and told me that they also had food poisoning at the Disneyland Resort in the past.
