The menu for the 2022 Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure Theme Parks, March 4-April 26, features Napa Valley wines, San Diego beers, Central Coast artichoke hearts, Northern California There are pastries topped with fruit.
This year’s eight-week festival will be the 12th time since 2006 to be held at Disneyland’s sister parks in Anaheim. The hugely popular festival usually brings a large, hungry crowd during California’s low tourist season. In honor of this spring’s California-centric celebration, the Soarin’ Over California version of the park’s Soarin’ Around the World ride is back for a limited time.
The festival features chef and mixology demonstrations, children’s culinary themed stage shows, and special menus at restaurants in the Disneyland Resort and Downtown Disney shopping districts. Kiosks and restaurants throughout the park also offer a wide selection of California wines, beers, and cocktails for adults.

But the main attraction of the annual festival is the marketplace. This is a collection of 12 food he kiosks throughout the park that offer tasting-sized portions of hot and cold dishes inspired by California cuisine. The menu changes every year, but it is one of the few customers’ favourites, and it attracts repeaters every year. Individual groceries he can purchase at prices from $4.25 to $8.50. With the opening of the Avengers campus at Disney California Adventure last year, several food stations in that area of the park are also serving bite-sized festive food.
Each year, the Disneyland Resort culinary team conducts extensive research to determine the hottest new culinary trends, ethnic flavors, seasonings and ingredients. In recent years, this has included plant-based Impossible Burger fillings, chicken and waffles, banh mi sandwiches, lavender-infused cold brew coffee, and vegan options made with Anaheim Chile Relleno “bites.”
This year’s menu celebrates American comfort food with burgers, mac and cheese options, hot dogs, barbecue, and fried foods.

peanut butter & jelly mac: The Mac ‘n’ cheese dish is one of the festival’s top sellers, with several new options each year. This new twist on macaroni cheese is a toddler-friendly and delicious dessert option. Macaroni and cheese topped with brown sugar streusel and strawberry “crackles”. You can find it at the Nuts About Cheese kiosk.

Glazed BBQ Pork Belly: Pork belly is another popular menu item at the Food & Wine Festival. This year, it’s served Asian Glaze BBQ style and comes with a sprinkle and mustard mac salad. You can find this at the LA Style Kiosk.

French Onion Grilled Beef Tenderloin Sliders at the 2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.

French Onion Grilled Beef Tenderloin Sliders: Festival-goers love beef, and the Festival Marketplace always offers it in sliders, steaks, short ribs, and other cuts and styles. This year’s creation is the French Onion Grilled Beef Tenderloin Sliders, topped with Gruyère cheese sauce and caramelized onions on an onion roll. You can find this at the Cluck-A-Doodle Moo Kiosk.

Snickers Caramel Peanut Milk Chocolate Mickey Macaron: The Mickey Mouse ear macaron is one of the best-selling desserts at the festival each year. This year’s version of the treat is made with chocolate macaron cookies, stuffed with caramel ganache and Snickers his candy his bar pieces, and topped with nuts and chocolate glaze. Another feature of this year’s festival is cooking demonstrations on weekends by both Disneyland Resort chefs and visiting chefs from across California.
