Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is poised to create magical memories for guests at its first hotel at Walt Disney World and Drury’s fourth hotel in Florida.
An official partner hotel of Walt Disney World in the Disney Springs Resort area, the Drury is the extensive renovation and expansion of the former Best Western hotel. They completely demolished the original tower and in the new tower he more than doubled the number of rooms.

Whenever a new hotel opens at Walt Disney World, it’s always big news. Drury hopes to provide all the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel in a great location.
It may not be a Disney Imagineer-level theme, but not every vacationing family wants or needs it.
Fun facts: The new Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is adjacent to the original Preview Center, one of Walt Disney World’s earliest buildings.
Tom Drury, a seven-year veteran in the hotel and hospitality industry, has been appointed General Manager of the hotel. John Branciforte, a member of Drury’s team, will serve as his Director of Sales for the hotel. After opening, the hotel will employ his 150 full-time and part-time team members.
As you can see from the aerial photos taken last month, the construction progress is nearing completion. In fact, we are accepting reservations after October 27, 2022.
When completed, Drury will include 604 guest rooms and 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This would be a great addition to the Disney Springs area.

Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando offers hot breakfast, dinnertime snacks and beverages at 5:30 p.m. kickback reception, Wi-Fi, 24-hour business center and fitness center, shuttle service to all Walt Disney World themes, and more , plans to provide a variety of complimentary amenities. Parks and Disney Springs area.
It was also announced that the Drury Plaza Hotel will not charge a resort fee, unlike other resorts in the area. So you don’t have to factor it into your price comparison.
