Looking for celebratory drinks at Disney Springs? Holiday drinks are available at The Edison.
Cocktails and holidays go hand in hand. Whether you’re throwing a party, sipping hot his toddies by the fire, or creating festive mocktails the whole family will enjoy. Sure, you have your usual go-tos like spiked eggnog, mulled wine, or winter ale, but this holiday season, Edison at Disney Springs has elevated their seasonal drinks to something special.

Last week I had the opportunity to try three things: 4 holiday drinks Edison is on the menu this season Available to customers from December 5, 2022. Let’s take a closer look at each celebratory tidbit…
Cup O Chia
When this flame-colored goblet was offered to me, I was stunned to learn that this was a mocktail. Gorgeous colors, a cinnamon-encrusted bubbly top, and glassware made this as lively as any cocktail on Edison’s menu, but it’s zero proof!

Combined with Mott’s Apple Juice, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, Cinnamon Syrup and a Dash of Lemon, This mocktail was surprisingly spicy. Refresh at the same time. Our bartender called it “apple pie in a glass”.
It went down so easily and I happily drank this from my punch bowl all season long. I really appreciate the expert craftsmanship that went into making a non-alcoholic one that was as sophisticated as the other drinks we were about to try.
under the mistletoe
You can’t deny it – this drink is amazing! When they were brought to our table, everyone started taking pictures with the tray, unaware that the drink had come at the little mistletoe stand! and does not hold.)

Add strawberry gin, lyre rose, white cranberry, lime and rosemary shimmer syrup to create a mistletoe base. The most fruity, not too sweet and well-balanced Aroma of lily and rosemary flowers and grass. It felt so good sipping this beauty on Edison’s lakeside patio.

was instructed to do so. sprinkle with fresh rosemary Put it in your drink so you can show off that sparkle – A very cool party trick!
chilli palm

Oh!As a big fan of coquito (a Puerto Rican holiday drink made with coconut, rum, and spices), I was so excited to see this on the menu. Edison has created a vegan, plant-based, and dairy-free version so even more guests can enjoy it.
It was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of spice. Santa will certainly agree to sit down on this one with some cookies (of course, after he’s returned to the North Pole and all his night flights are over).
cosmic poinsettia

That fourth drink, called Cosmic Poinsettia, wasn’t ready to try at the preview stage. But it’s available today! This is part of Edison’s High Roller Cocktail program. An ultra-luxury drink for when you want to indulge. Each drink in the program comes with High Roller Coins, collect 4 of which can be redeemed for High Roller Cocktails.

All the cocktails were really delicious and the festive mood was lively~ 10/10 I would recommend each of them, but picking a favorite would be difficult. But if you’re looking for something Instagram-worthy, try under the mistletoe for the ultimate holiday foodie photo.
Thank you for hosting a preview tasting of Edison’s holiday drink lineup.
