The EPCOT 2022 International Food & Wine Festival has recently kicked off at the renowned Global Marketplace, Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak, Merchandise and more! The event will run until November 19, 2022.

Yesterday, July 23, 2022, we visited EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival and crowd levels were clearly higher than in previous days.
In the photo below you can see the number of guests in the UK Pavilion. Guests walked wall to wall taking up the entire sidewalk while strolling through the World Showcase to see all that the park has to offer.
Valid park ticket and park pass reservations are required if you plan to visit Walt Disney World. The new Disney Parks Pass reservation system was introduced when the theme parks reopened after being temporarily closed due to the ongoing pandemic. The reasoning behind this new system is to allow Disney to monitor and control congestion levels and capacity on any given day.
As we approach the end of summer, we expect park pass inventory to continue to sell out, so we plan to visit Walt Disney World and its four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom). If so, secure your park pass as soon as possible.
Also note that Disney CFO Christine McCarthy recently said that Park’s abilities will never return to normal because “we are managing it differently.” please. This caused quite a stir among her Disney fans. Many people can’t imagine what “full capacity” would look like given how crowded the parks are right now.

Disney’s team of chefs, mixologists and sommeliers have tested, tasted and collaborated to create a smorgasbord of culinary delights. Prepare your taste buds to embark on a gastronomic journey and discover new concepts and menu items at over 25 global marketplaces within EPCOT. Returning favorites include The Swanky Saucy Swine, Appleseed Orchard, Hops & Barley, Earth Eats by Impossible, and Shimmering Sips by CORKCICLE. Select global marketplaces will also open in the coming weeks to spice up the 129-day event.
