In recent months, unruly guest behavior has spiraled out of control at Disney parks, with fights and altercations breaking out at an alarming rate. The situation was so serious that the company had to issue new preferential clauses in the park rules before guests could enter. Fans are interested.

To say Disney doesn’t have a dedicated fan base is a complete lie. In fact, many of the studio’s most ardent fans are quick to praise them when they do something great, and be quick to condemn them when they do something stupid. The recent increase in proper behavior isn’t just ruffled some feathers. Fans are rooting for the decision on social media now that Disney is taking more disciplinary action on the matter.

A user known simply as “Robert” commented,
“It is good that Disney adopted and published these rules. You shouldn’t.”
“Bulthuis” is added to this,
“Disrespectful and abusive behavior is becoming an accepted norm in today’s society. I applaud Disney for taking the necessary action to remove bad behavior.”

A Facebook user also added his two cents on the subject. One such die-hard fan of hers added on her ITM Facebook page:
“It should be an absolute zero tolerance policy. Disney’s whole idea is the illusion of perfection. Failure to do so should justify expulsion from the premises. It’s a family-centered park, not a dysfunctional family experience. There should be no place for anyone to disturb the magic…”
And another, less prominent contributor responds.
We are deteriorating behavior all over society. Looting and shooting is now the thing to do. How come you don’t expect bad behavior to enter Disney parks?

Thankfully, there have been no reports of “looting or shooting” outside of Pirates of the Caribbean, but it’s still a bit surprising that bad guest behavior has reached the point of these new measures. is likely to make a scene and be escorted out of the park, unfortunately. But our guests, who appreciate the park and the magic it brings, are understandably excited about such changes coming soon.
