Ghosts can come home for real (or at least in better shape than bottles) with the tiny Haunted Mansion model kit you can take home from Walt Disney World today! I found this latest addition to the kit series.
Haunted Mansion Model Kit – $29.99
The Disneyland version of the Haunted Mansion got a special model kit last month, but this is the first appearance of the more colonial-style mansion seen at Walt Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland.
Those in the know will remember that not only does Disneyland look different than the other two Haunted Mansions in Orlando and Tokyo, but the later two Haunted Mansions have more scenes. Except for Shanghai Disneyland, all Disney Castle parks in the world have expanded haunted house ideas, such as Mystic Manor at Hong Kong Disneyland and Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris.
Like the other kits in the series, the box is covered with architectural blueprints of iconic buildings at Disney parks around the world. This Haunted Mansion kit has 151 pieces, more than last month’s Cinderella Castle kit!
You can also pick up Cinderella Castle and Space Mountain model kits at Walt Disney World, and Sleeping Beauty Castle and West Coast Haunted Mansion kits at Disneyland Resort.
