Disney Springs will add a new restaurant to its lineup in 2023, Summer House on the Lake. No official date has been announced yet, but you can sign up for our newsletter emails to stay informed about openings at Disney Springs.
There are currently two Summer Houses on the Lake in Chicago, Illinois and North Bethesda, Maryland. A look at the North Bethesda location’s website and menu may give you a clue as to what to expect from this new dining experience at Disney Springs.
Summer House on the Lake offers a dining menu, happy hour menu, weekend brunch menu and separate kids menu. Their menu is very eclectic and has something for everyone including vegan dishes.
Summer House on the Lake seems to be known for pizza, pasta and sandwiches.

In an Instagram post, they posted a mockup of a very open and airy Disney Springs location. It is also delicately and beautifully decorated with natural elements and greenery.
Summer House on the Lake joins Disney Springs’ fantastic dining experience. Disney Springs restaurants offer something for everyone and every taste palette.
Dining at Walt Disney World is as much an experience to plan for as your Genie+ choices. There are plenty of great places to eat around Walt Disney World. It may be difficult for me to choose.
Stay tuned for more upcoming information about Summerhouse on the Lake via Instagram and our website. I’ll be sure to report back as I gather more information and menu details about Summer House on the Lake. From what I’ve seen from the two existing locations, this seems like an amazing addition to Disney Springs.
