AVA MediterrAegean: On Valentine’s Day, the AVA team will be hosting a “Midnight in Paris” Valentine’s Day event, featuring a five-course menu including truffle spaghetti and lamb tagine, accompanied by zucchini, squash, dried fruits, olives and couscous. Dinner will be followed by a special Heaven dessert made with lychee rose and raspberries. Two seating options are available. All experiences must be prepaid. Prices begin at $115 per person. B Resort and Spa: “B” swept away with romance at the resort’s signature American Kitchen Bar & Grill as they serve a holiday-inspired menu. Available from 6-10 p.m., Feb. 10-14, the festive multicourse menu will include bruschetta de pomodoro secco, ceviche de maracuyá and surf and turf (certified Angus beef filet with truffle butter-roasted wild mushrooms, furikake-spiced lobster salad, smoked parsnip puree and ponzu glaze. Brio Italian Grille: Available on Feb. 14 only, for dine-in and to-go, Brio has a dinner for two at $69.99 that includes a choice of chopped or Caesar salad, choice of entrée (lobster and shrimp fettuccine, gorgonzola-crusted beef medallions, grilled salmon fresca or sausage rigatoni arrabbiata) and one caramel mascarpone cheesecake adorned with a chocolate heart to share. Buca di Beppo: Just try and top the Instagrammable fun of their Valentine’s Lasagna Lovefeast, available Feb. 14 for dine-in and to-go. Perfect for two at $59.99, the deal includes heart-shaped layers of meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and Parmesan and comes with a small salad, garlic bread and mini cannoli. Carrabba’s Italian Grill: Celebrate amore Italian-style with Carabba’s four-course Valentine’s Day dinner for two, available Feb. 9-19 at $65. The Edison: This nostalgic ‘20s eatery with live entertainment has a special, Valentine’s Day-only menu featuring butter-poached lobster linguine ($42, sauteed broccolini, blistered Maine lobster, pistachio cream sauce) and chocolate-covered bacon ($22). Reservations: theedisonfla.com

Fleming’s Steakhouse & Prime Wine Bar: Available Feb. 10-14, guests can enjoy a three-course Valentine’s Day menu. Details on menu offerings are below. Three-course filet mignon menu starts at $85 per person, while the three-course Prime Surf & Turf menu for two starts at $230. The latter is a fan favorite, back from last year, and pairs a 35oz Prime Tomahawk with North Atlantic lobster tail scampi and crab-stuffed shrimp scampi with white wine herb butter. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at ICON Park: Sometimes, this celebrity chef is sweet. Case in point: the Chocolate-Covered Cherry Shake, available Feb. 1-28. Hardee’s: This chain is bringing back its famous Heart-Shaped Biscuits to celebrate Valentine’s Day and announcing a brand-new Made from Scratch Biscuit: Cherry Biscuits. Beginning Feb. 7, Hardee’s will begin selling Cherry Made from Scratch Biscuits. Available Feb. 11-14. Starting at $1.79 or at $4.99 for a combo. Jaleo: On Valentine’s Day, Jaleo at Disney Springs will offer a special menu, featuring a variety of Spanish tapas and desserts to share. This includes tartelleta de coliflor y caviar (tartelette of cauliflower purée and Royal Ossetra Caviar, $18) and cono de higado de pato con membrillo (foie gras and quince paste cone, $8). JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek: Specials abound, many running from Feb. 11-14, such as the Valentine’s Breakfast Buffet at UnReserved Food Bazaar, Lover’s Cocktail Specials at the Sear + Sea Lobby Bar and oyster and cocktail specials at Ilume. Primo: You could do worse for Valentine’s Day than the JW Marriott, where Primo is featuring a specialty a la carte menu for the holiday. Highlights include dicuru burrrata, made with pink-hued ingredients like beet gastrique, fresh local tomatoes and strawberry vinaigrette and butter-poached lobster with scallop-stuffed tortellini, gently tossed in cauliflower cream and topped with chanterelle mushrooms, pickled squash and topped with fresh shaved black truffles. Rock and Brews at Promenade at Sunset Walk: Comfort food and craft brew abound here every day, but from Feb. 11-14, the Hooked on a Feeling three-course dinner tempts with romance — and surf-and-turf or specialty pasta, among other goodies. $80 per couple. The Salty Donut: Buck the box-of-chocolates tradition with Valentine specials from The Salty, available at all shops Feb. 13-14. These include the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Heart, a heart-shaped brioche filled with strawberry jam and coated in Valrhona chocolate ganache ($4.95) and the Heart-Shaped Traditional Glazed ($4). A “Be My Valentine” 4-pack ($16.90), including a custom card and two each of the specialty donuts, is available for pre-orders only to be picked up on Valentine’s Day.
