In April 2020, Disney released a recipe for Dole Whip that only calls for chunks of pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice.
However, the Pineapple Doll Whip served at Disney Parks is listed in Disney World’s Guide to Plant-Based Dining. That means it’s made without dairy.
According to the Disney Food Blog, the version Disney shares is a good at-home substitute, but it’s not the true vegan and gluten-free pineapple soft serve available at Disney.
Fans can also purchase the Official Doll Pineapple Soft Serve Mix on Amazon. The only other ingredients needed are cold water and a soft ice cream maker. Amazon reviewers say this mix is the real deal.

Karamell-Küche, German for “Caramel Kitchen,” is a snack shop housed in the Bavarian-style building that makes up the German Pavilion at Epcot at Walt Disney World in Florida. The shop is popular for its sweets filled with caramel, but the most popular item is the freshly popped caramel cone.
The shop is sponsored by German candy maker Werther’s Original Caramel, which makes caramel sweets that are widely sold in grocery stores and online.
While nothing compares to walking through Epcot’s World Showcase with a bag of freshly popped caramel corn, you can get a bag of Werther’s Original Caramel Popcorn from Amazon.

Many fans know there is something special about Mickey waffles that can be ordered at any Disney restaurant.
According to the Disney Food Blog, Disney uses Carbon’s Golden Malted Waffle Mix. The company doesn’t explicitly mention Disney, but Carbon says on its website that it supplies waffle irons and mixes to “the best hotels, universities, restaurants and theme parks.”
You don’t need access to any of these, as the exact same mix used in Disney’s restaurants can be ordered on Amazon for around $20 at the time of writing.
