Walt Disney World will reportedly begin offering “Disney Dining Promo Cards” starting tomorrow, including select vacation packages. It’s surprising because many still think Disney will bring back the Disney Dining Plan at some point in the future.
Disney Dining Plans are no longer available since the parks closed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the park reopened, it ostensibly did not exist due to limited food options and understaffed. On June 30, 2021, Disney announced plans to bring back the Disney Dining Plan. However, no updates have been provided since then.
The Disney Dining Promo Card may apply to all guests, as last year’s offer applied to some guests from the UK. Promo cards were given to guests who purchased vacation packages that met certain criteria. Amounts were set per person per night with a maximum of $750. The card can be used at both table service and counter service restaurants on the participating list.
This offer is valid for stays in the summer of 2023. Pricing has not yet been announced. In the past, Disney typically offered dining programs for free on stays in late summer and early fall.
DO NOT CONTACT DISNEY OR YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY FOR TODAY’S DINING PROMO CARD OFFER. We cannot discuss this matter until tomorrow, January 5th.
