Registration is open for free Disney Springs yoga classes in January 2023. Lululemon and Fabletics each hold his two classes.

As the host of the January 6th and 20th event, lululemon will be giving away a surprise gift to the first 35 people to register and check in. At her January 13 and her January 27 events at Fabletics, she will practice Flow Her Yoga, a technique instructor Julie Weiss describes as follows. A style of yoga that synchronizes the movement of the body with the movement of the breath. ”
What should I bring?
Companies ask participants to bring their own yoga mats and water bottles and encourage them to arrive 15 minutes early.
Class on-site at Disney Springs has complimentary parking available daily to all guests. Those familiar with the layout of Disney Springs may be inclined to park in the Lime Garage given the location of the class, but according to Disney, attendees will be able to park at Orange His Park, which opens at 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. You have to park in the garage. Disney Springs opens at 10am every day this month. Lime’s garage often opens later.
Wellness all month long
Yoga classes at Disney Springs are part of a month-long health and wellness campaign brought to you by AdventHealth. To mark this, Disney Springs will be posting health tips on Instagram every day in January.

When the first yoga classes begin this month, runners will also race at the Walt Disney World 10k on Disney grounds. While not a formal part of the health and wellness procedure, runDisney’s annual Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 2023 coincides nicely with the kickoff of his month-long focus in Disney Springs.
